Return and Refund Policy:

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges:
We regret to inform you that we have a strict no returns, refund, or exchange policy in place.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us via email or our social media channels within 2 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, we will require the merchandise to be returned to us. Upon receipt, we will conduct a thorough inspection to determine the appropriate course of action. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that we do not cover postage costs.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Items:

In the event that an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it has not been claimed by the customer, you will be responsible for resending the payment for postage.

Recommended Return Method:

We highly recommend using a recorded or trackable service when returning your item. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and proceed with sending a replacement if available. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund accordingly.

Lost Items:

In the unfortunate event that an item is lost, we will contact Royal Mail and adhere to their policy. After the item has surpassed its expected delivery date, as determined by Royal Mail, we will initiate the claims process. Please note that we do not cover any postage costs.
